All employers and recruiters must complete business verification (EIN, address, and payment validation). Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or denied access.

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees are shown before purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refunds are issued at NexGen Workforce’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or violate U.S. laws. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexGen Workforce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid within the last six (6) months.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes will be handled in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona.
